Frequently asked questions
Is the AI Marketing Agent the same across all 19 industries?
Same engine, different playbook. The underlying agent architecture (the nine capabilities, BLAS methodology, Concierge supervision) is identical. What changes by industry is the playbook: audience targeting, compliance considerations, offer structure, lead qualification criteria, common objections, and benchmark metrics. A law firm agent qualifies by state, accident type, and statute of limitations. A dental practice agent qualifies by insurance, procedure interest, and proximity. The mechanics are the same. The configuration is industry-specific. This is why a generic AI agent usually underperforms an industry-named agent: configuration is most of what makes the system work in a vertical.
Why does WRKS name the agent by industry (Case Acquisition, Patient Acquisition, etc.)?
The name signals what the agent is optimized to produce. A Case Acquisition Agent measures success in qualified cases, not in clicks or impressions. A Patient Acquisition Agent measures success in booked appointments, not in form fills. A Listing Acquisition Agent measures success in signed listings, not in property page visits. The named agent forces the engagement to be accountable to the metric that drives the client's revenue. Generic agents often produce vanity outcomes because the metric was never specified upfront. The industry name is a commitment to the right outcome.
What if my industry is not on the list?
Two paths. If your business is structurally similar to a listed industry (lead generation, consultation booking, paid acquisition with longer sales cycle), Catalyst can usually deploy with light customization. If your business is structurally different (regulated industry with strict compliance, marketplace dynamics, complex B2B sales cycle with multiple stakeholders), Enterprise is the right path because the agent architecture can be customized. The 19 listed industries cover the majority of structural patterns. Send specifics through a discovery call and the Concierge will indicate whether Catalyst, Enterprise, or neither is the right fit.
How is the performance guarantee structured by industry?
Each industry agent ships with benchmark KPIs locked in on day one. For law firms, the benchmark is 45 qualified cases in 90 days. For other industries, the benchmark is the equivalent acquisition outcome (booked appointments, signed listings, demo bookings, member sign-ups, customer acquisitions). If the benchmark does not hit by end of the 90-day window, the engagement does not bill the remaining fee or refunds the equivalent portion, depending on which Catalyst payment path was selected. The guarantee is specific and accountable, not best-effort language.
Are industries with strict regulation (healthcare, finance, legal) supported?
Yes. The agent runs inside the same approval and audit flow the Concierge supervises across all engagements. Every customer-facing asset is reviewed before going live. Industries with compliance requirements (HIPAA for healthcare, FINRA and SEC rules for financial advisors, ABA model rules for law firms) trigger additional review gates and platform-specific configuration. The agent itself does not bypass compliance: it produces drafts that the human Concierge reviews against the relevant standards. For Enterprise deployments, custom compliance pipelines can be built into the agent's review loop directly.
