This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or interact with WRKS Online (the "Site").

Additionally, when you submit a contact form, book a discovery call, purchase a product or bundle, or subscribe to a service through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, and company name. For purchases and subscriptions, payment transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details directly. We refer to this information collectively as "Transaction and Contact Information." When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information and Transaction and Contact Information.

We use Transaction and Contact Information to fulfill purchases and subscriptions, manage your account, process billing, deliver digital products and services you have engaged us for, and provide you with confirmations, receipts, and service-related communications. We may also use this information to communicate with you about additional offerings that may be of interest to you, in accordance with applicable law.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site. For example, we generate analytics about how visitors browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

If you become a WRKS client, we also use the materials and data you provide in connection with your membership (such as brand assets, ad account access, campaign performance data, CRM data, and creative approvals) to deliver the services, operate and improve the AI Agent and our underlying methods, and produce aggregated, de-identified performance benchmarks across our client base. We do not share identifiable client membership data with other clients.

We share Personal Information with service providers that help us operate our business and deliver our services, including:

• Payment processors (to process transactions and manage subscriptions)
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google, in connection with campaigns we operate for clients)
• CRM, email, and SMS providers (to manage communications and membership records)
• Analytics and hosting providers (to operate and improve the Site and our services)
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting, and similar) when reasonably needed

We require these service providers to handle Personal Information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may also disclose Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your Personal Information.

WRKS does not sell your personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA. European residents. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Where we process your information, we do so in order to fulfill contracts we may have with you or to pursue our legitimate business interests described above. Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. For active client memberships, we retain records related to your membership (including records relevant to any applicable Performance Guarantee) through the end of your Measurement Window and the refund request period that follows, as described in our Terms & Conditions. After a membership ends, records may be archived following a reasonable retention period and then deleted.

If you would like us to delete your information from our records, please contact us at the address below. We will honor deletion requests subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations, including tax, billing, and dispute records.

If you provide your email address or phone number and opt in to communications from WRKS Online, we will use those contact details to send you emails and text messages as described in our Terms & Conditions. We collect your email address and phone number when you submit a form, book a call, purchase a product or service, or otherwise provide them to us directly.

We use your email address and phone number to communicate with you about your membership with WRKS Online, including service updates, billing notices, weekly progress updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message; for assistance, reply HELP or email contact@wrksonline.com. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. Message frequency varies based on your membership with our services.

Transactional and membership-related communications (such as billing notices and weekly progress updates) will continue while your membership is active. Your consent to email or SMS messaging is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
